We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your wristbands, contact our team and we will work with you to make it right. That may include a return, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Plain, in-stock items
For plain, in-stock products, we accept returns and refunds for any reason, provided the items are unused and returned in their original condition.
Customised products
For customised products, we understand mistakes can happen. If there is an issue caused by us, such as an error in colour, size, quantity, or wording, we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
We cannot offer returns where the order details were incorrect because of customer input, for example the wrong colour or phrase selected at checkout. Please double-check all artwork, spelling, quantities, and options before you confirm your order.
Timeframe
Please contact us about returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Delivery delays
Refunds will not be provided for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control. That includes postal disruptions, carrier delays, severe weather, and other events we cannot reasonably prevent.
